When I first got into resin a few months ago, Resiners was a brand I saw over and over again, in a good way. People loved their reliability, ease of use, and quality products. Since I was starting my own resin journey thanks to a new ADHD hyperfocus obsession, I decided to give them a try. They were kind enough to send me more than enough to get started, and I’ll be covering each of the products I received in detail. Let’s go!
Product Overview
In this post, I’ll be covering the following products:
- G3 2-in-1 Resin Curing Machine for UV and Epoxy Projects (retail $127)
- 3-In-1 UV Light for Resin Curing (retail $20.79)
- 250g UV Resin (retail $29.99)
- Resin Air Purifier (retail $149.99)
- Crystal Clear Epoxy Resin Kit (starting at $89.99 based on volume)
I will also be giving some of my own tips and tricks when working with resin and the tools in my workflow. I’m still a beginner, but I’ve already learned a few things that are worth passing down to fellow newbies.
Quick Resin 101
If you haven’t worked with resin before, there are two types. UV resin and epoxy resin.
UV resin cures in minutes under a lamp and is great for small projects like jewelry. With UV resin, there is no mixing involved. Epoxy resin is the two-part formula most people are familiar with. You mix, pour, and then wait a few hours for it to harden.
Both produce toxic fumes, so proper PPE and ventilation are a must (I use a 3M respirator and work outside when I can).
Resiners 250g UV Resin

UV resin is best used in small layers that are no deeper than 3-4mm and in clear molds. If the mold isn’t clear (or you put too much colorant in the resin before applying it to your piece or mold), the UV rays can’t penetrate through the resin and cure it completely. You can harden the outside and still have liquid on the inside, and if that breaks open, you will have a heck of a mess (speaking from experience, don’t ask).
Resiners UV resin cures faster and harder than the previous brands I’ve used. I was happy to see very few bubbles (and in some projects, I saw none). The smell was minimal, but that doesn’t mean you can get away without proper ventilation and a respirator.
When the timer ran out, the resin was solid, with no tackiness or excessive heat.
Clean up was as easy as letting the excess dry up on my silicon mat and then peeling it off and throwing it away.
Resiners UV resin runs $29.99 for 250g (about $0.12 per gram). Most pendants use only around 5g, which makes it an affordable option for making projects to sell at craft shows.
Resiners 3-in-1 UV Light

The 3-in-1 UV Light is a great little UV lamp and I like that it’s USB-C compatible and can work at various angles. Being able to charge it up and go wireless helps keep my workstation clean and organized. The battery lasts an impressive four hours on a single charge. When I’m done with my project, I can just fold it up and put it back in the drawer.
I like that it has a 120-second mode, but I wish it also had a 60-second mode. This isn’t a deal breaker for me, though, because of the versatility. You can hold it, mount it on the wall, or use the adjustable stand to get it to the height you need. The lights can be separated to cover a wider area.
Resiners 2-Part Epoxy Resin
Compared to other brands I’ve tested, Resiners two-part epoxy resin is the clearest. The pour-ready caps gave me a splash and spill-free pour into my measuring cups. Projects can be demolded in eight hours and are fully cured in 24 hours. The G3 curing machine speeds this process up to a wait time of only two hours for a finished project (more on this below).
The bottles are in slender gallon jugs with comfortable-to-hold handles that allow me to pour with one hand. Another brand of resin I’ve used uses thin handles that require two hands to pour. This was a nice feeling upgrade.
Bubbles are a common occurrence when mixing and pouring resin. I saw a few, but nothing that made me feel alarmed for my project.
Once the resin was mixed, I broke it up into different projects and had some fun with alcohol inks and Resiners laser-cut green glitter. The glitter is super fine and shiny.
Despite years of cosplay building, my patience is shorter than a hobbit, so I used my G3 curing machine to get my projects ready faster. After 2 hours, I had six turtles, a pudding jar, and a trinket jar.
I did a turtle with no embellishment to show you the clarity of the resin. There are a few micro bubbles around his mouth and his tail, but his body is bubble-free. It’s like holding a turtle made of crystal clear ice.
The turtles with the laser green glitter came out cool, but like 99% of the glitter I’ve tested, it settled at the bottom of the mold (so it appears on the top after demolding).
Resiners G3 2-in-1 Resin Curing Machine

The Resiners G3 2-in-1 Resin Curing Machine is my favorite product on this list.
Features
- UV curing for UV resin
- Heat/air system for 2-part epoxy
- Large interior + rotating platform
- Timer presets
- Even light distribution
My experience with this little guy has been nothing but amazing. The time it has saved me…ohhhh the hours of patience it didn’t make me use.
Resin works by a chemical reaction and that chemical reaction works best under warmer conditions. The G3 speeds up the curing process by using 3D thermal circulation with a steady temperature to cure epoxy resin. This process also helps to prevent bubbles and yellowing in the resin itself.
You can use both UV and 2-part epoxy resin in this machine. If you do a lot of small UV projects at once, then this would be great for that. However, if you tend to do smaller one-off projects, stick with the UV light I talked about earlier.

You can flip the tray to allow for tall or flat molds and the silicon mat comes out for easy cleaning. The adjustable time and temperature modes give you control over your work.
For my projects, I’ve been keeping the tray in the “tall” position and the default settings for the “flat” setting, which runs for two hours at 60°C/140°F and ends after a 20-minute cooling session.
Using those settings, I’ve cured enough turtles to save New York (32 to be exact), a frog, a pudding jar, a trinket jar, and round ornaments. All were solid as a rock when I took them out. All of these projects would have taken at least 8 hours before I could have removed them from the mold if curing on my workbench.
A great feature worth mentioning is the lack of noise. I can’t even tell it’s on unless I look at the screen or put my hand near the vents to feel the heat.
I’ve been running my G3 outside on a workbench, but it is safe to run inside with proper ventilation, and I would strongly recommend the Resiners air purifier mentioned above.
Resiners Air Purifier

Resiners Air Purifier takes some of the worry out of your project time. Epoxy and UV resin are both toxic and produce fumes that can be harmful without the right precautions.
If you work indoors or don’t have an outdoor space, this is a great safety tool. It removes 83.59% of resin VOCs and handles particles down to 0.3 μm. It’s rated for rooms up to 158.76 ft² and has real-time air quality monitoring, so you always know what you’re breathing in.
The dual-layer filtration system also clears 99.97% of particles as small as 0.3 μm, including smoke, pollen, fine dust, and VOCs. With the smart-auto mode, the fan will automatically update to operate for the current air quality.
I appreciate that the air filter lasts for around 2,000 hours, saving me money on replacing the filters all the time. I also like that the sleek and clean design doesn’t add an eyesore to my workspace.
Final Verdict
As someone who has been working in the resin world for a short time, I think Resiners makes high-quality and affordable products for anyone, no matter their skill level. The G3 machine is easily the best tool in my resin arsenal (second only to the frog mold, he’s adorable, right?). Their two-part epoxy resin and UV resin are affordable and beginner-friendly. I like the portability and versatility of the 3-in-1 UV light. And when it comes to laser cut glitter, no one makes glitter that screams “I WAS HERE” after use than them. If you are getting started in resin, I would highly recommend Resiners as your product of choice. Resiners is available on their website and on Amazon.
